City Multi VRF

Mitsubishi Electric’s City Multi platform is their flagship commercial product. We work across the range:

Ecodan Air Source Heat Pumps

Ecodan is Mitsubishi Electric’s heat pump range. We’re seeing more of these in commercial settings — offices moving away from gas boilers, new-build commercial units where building regs push towards low-carbon heating. We install and maintain Ecodan systems, including integration with existing heating circuits and controls.

Common Mitsubishi Electric Faults

These are the fault codes that keep our engineers busy on Mitsubishi Electric systems across London:

• 6607 — Communication error. Indoor to outdoor unit comms failure. Wiring faults, connector corrosion, or a failed transmission board. We check the basics first before condemning boards.
• 1102 — High pressure trip. Dirty condenser, restricted airflow, overcharge, or a failing fan motor. This fault often shows up in summer when condensers haven’t been cleaned since the last cooling season.
• 4250 — Compressor overcurrent. Could be a compressor issue, but equally could be an inverter board fault, low refrigerant, or electrical supply problems. Proper diagnosis saves replacing expensive components unnecessarily.
