Solid Systems, Competitive Pricing, and Fewer Headaches Than You’d Expect

Fujitsu doesn’t get the same attention as Daikin or Mitsubishi Electric in London’s HVAC market, but it probably should. The equipment is well-made, the pricing is competitive, and the reliability record is strong. We’ve installed Fujitsu systems in offices, retail units, restaurants, and server rooms across London, and the callback rate is low. That says something.

ADK services and installs the full Fujitsu range — from single wall splits to Airstage VRF systems running entire buildings. If you’ve got Fujitsu equipment that needs servicing, repairing, or replacing, we’re the contractor to call.

The Fujitsu Range

Airstage VRF Systems

Fujitsu’s Airstage platform is their answer to Daikin’s VRV and Mitsubishi’s City Multi. We work with:

Airstage VRF is a solid choice for new commercial installations. The equipment costs less than Daikin or Mitsubishi for equivalent capacity, and in our experience, the reliability is comparable. We design, install, and commission Airstage systems, and we maintain a number of existing installations on PPM contracts.

Wall Mounted Splits — ASYG Range

Fujitsu’s ASYG wall splits are a common sight in small offices, shops, and residential applications. Clean design, quiet operation, and good value. We install new units and service existing ones, including older R410A models and the newer R32 range.

We install, service, and repair Fujitsu air conditioning systems across London — including South London and East London. Whether you need a new commercial AC installation or ongoing support, our F-Gas certified engineers are ready to help.

Ducted Systems — AUXG Range

The AUXG ducted range is popular in offices and retail spaces where visible indoor units aren’t wanted. Concealed above the ceiling, ducted into the space — all the cooling without the hardware on show. We handle the full installation including ductwork design and fabrication.

Cassette Units — AUYG Range

Ceiling cassettes for offices and commercial spaces. Four-way airflow, compact ceiling footprint. We install and service the full AUYG range.

Common Fujitsu Faults

Every brand has its patterns. Here’s what we see most on Fujitsu systems:

We also handle expansion valve faults, fan motor replacements, refrigerant leak detection and repair, and sensor issues across the full Fujitsu range.

Fujitsu’s R32 Transition

Fujitsu has moved their split system range to R32 refrigerant, following the industry trend driven by F-Gas regulations. The VRF range is transitioning too. We’re fully equipped for both R32 and R410A systems — different recovery equipment, different brazing procedures, same level of expertise.

If your Fujitsu system is showing signs of AC not cooling your building or air conditioning leaking water, do not wait for a full breakdown. Our engineers carry genuine Fujitsu parts and can often resolve faults on the first visit.

If you’re running older Fujitsu equipment on R410A or even R407C, we still service and repair these systems. Parts availability for older Fujitsu models is reasonable, though some legacy components require longer lead times.

Why Fujitsu Deserves Consideration

Here’s the honest assessment: Fujitsu equipment costs less than Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric for equivalent performance. The gap has narrowed on efficiency ratings, the build quality is good, and the reliability in the field backs it up. For budget-conscious projects where the specification doesn’t mandate a particular brand, Fujitsu is worth quoting.

The trade-off is brand recognition. Some facilities managers and consultants default to Daikin or Mitsubishi because that’s what they know. But on the merits of the equipment itself, Fujitsu competes well.

Protect your investment with a planned preventative maintenance plan for your Fujitsu system. Routine inspections and servicing reduce the risk of unexpected failures and keep energy costs under control.
